What it means to be part of the team

Working at Dentsu means being able to take internal career advancement opportunities. We also give the option of changing positions within the group, e.g. when a position as a client consultant becomes vacant and one of our media buyers would like to take on this new challenge. Or vice versa.

It is a given that everybody can get involved in our numerous internal/external training sessions and courses. We are also very enthusiastic about our regular teambuilding-events, indoor and outdoor. Work hard – party hard.

"Data Based Communications Strategy": Dentsu's academic course at Werbe Akademie

Not only do we offer our trainees and juniors training on the job, but also give them the theoretical basis – at WIFI Vienna. In 2016, Dentsu Austria launched the extra-occupational diploma course Data Based Communications Strategy together with Werbe Akademie Wien. The second round started in January 2017.

Within 156 teaching units, the participants develop in-depth knowledge for data-based communications planning. The modules – Communication Facts, Strategic Planning & Implementation and KPIs & Data Analysis. In the final real pitch presentation, the future communications planners are being evaluated by a specialist jury.

Tailor-made Training for Next Generation

The diploma course is not only open to Dentsu employees, but to all interested ones. "The industry is looking for employees who know the basics of strategic communication planning, and who are also increasingly linked to data and data solutions. This course is an up-to-date and tailor-made basic training for the next generation of the industry."
